Some things are built from an idea. Bibanchal was built from love.
Named after my mother, Bibha, and the woman I love, Anchal, Bibanchal started with a simple thought: what if you could see yourself in an outfit before deciding to buy it?

The name came from the two women who inspire me every day.
Two names that mean the world to me. Bibha, my mother. And Anchal, the woman I love. I brought them together so the product would carry something personal.
The name also carries a little piece of Mithilanchal, the place and culture connected to my roots.
A simple thought

A letter from the founder
I do not know how far Bibanchal will go.
But I know why I started it.
I wanted to build something that carried a little of the love I have for the women who inspire me. Something with my mother's name. Something with my wife's name.
For now, I am simply building it one look at a time.
