These Terms of Use govern your access to Bibanchal’s website and app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use Bibanchal.

Bibanchal helps you discover outfits, generate AI try on Looks on your photo, and shop through partner store links with eligible cashback where available.

Bibanchal is a technology and discovery layer. Clothing is sold by third party retailers. Their prices, stock, sizing, delivery, and return policies apply to those purchases.

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, attempt fraud, scrape content, or harm other users.

Looks are prepaid digital credits used to generate try on results. Pack prices are shown in Indian Rupees at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Looks do not expire for ordinary use while your account remains in good standing, unless we clearly disclose a different rule at purchase.

Looks are personal to your account. They are not cash, not a bank deposit, and not transferable except where we expressly allow it.

AI generation can fail or produce imperfect results. If a generation fails for technical reasons, we will not deduct a Look, or we will restore it.

Try on results are estimates for inspiration. Lighting, pose, body shape, fabric drape, and model quality can change how a garment looks in real life.

Bibanchal does not guarantee fit, colour accuracy, or that a retailer will deliver the exact item shown.

You grant us a limited licence to process your uploaded photos and outputs solely to provide the service.

Cashback is offered only on eligible purchases made through our tracked affiliate links, subject to partner network rules and merchant confirmation.

Pending cashback can be delayed, reduced, or cancelled if an order is returned, cancelled, marked fraudulent, or rejected by the affiliate partner.

Available cashback and withdrawal rules (when enabled) will be shown in your Wallet. We may set a minimum payout threshold.

Do not upload unlawful content, sexual content involving minors, or photos you do not have rights to use.

Do not reverse engineer, overload, or automate the service in ways that harm availability or other users.

Do not use Bibanchal to build a competing try on dataset from our outputs without permission.

Bibanchal’s brand, interface, and software are owned by us or our licensors. Retailer logos and product images belong to their owners.

You keep rights in your original photos. You own your personal try on outputs for personal use. Commercial redistribution of generated images may be restricted where model or brand rights apply.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We work hard for reliability, but we do not promise uninterrupted access or error free AI.

To the fullest extent allowed by Indian law, Bibanchal is not liable for retailer fulfilment issues, sizing disputes with stores, or affiliate decisions outside our control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for proven fraud or wilful misconduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India will have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer forum rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms, except where the law requires fresh consent.
