Delete your Bibanchal account

You can permanently delete your account and the data linked to it at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

In the Android app

1. Open Bibanchal and sign in.
2. Tap the Profile tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm by tapping Delete account again.

On the website

1. Sign in and open Profile.
2. Scroll to the bottom and choose Delete account.
3. Confirm to finish.

By email

If you cannot sign in, email prashant@bibanchal.com from the address on your account with the subject Delete my account. We verify the request and delete the account within 7 days.

What we delete

• Your profile, name, email, phone number and payout details.
• Every photo you uploaded and every Look you created.
• Unused Look credits, your wallet balance and pending cashback.
• Your purchase history inside Bibanchal and your notification tokens.

What stays, and why

• Payment records held by Razorpay or Google Play, which they keep under their own legal duties.
• Affiliate order records from partner stores, with your account link removed, for tax and accounting.

Backup copies clear within 30 days.
